Frequently asked questions
Are my images uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything — reading the images, building the PDF — happens locally in your browser using JavaScript. Nothing is uploaded or stored on a server.
What's the difference between "Fit to image" and A4/Letter?
"Fit to image" makes each PDF page exactly match that image's aspect ratio, with no white space. A4 or Letter creates fixed-size pages and centers each image on the page (in the correct portrait or landscape orientation), which is usually what you want for printing or documents that need a uniform page size.
Which image formats are supported?
Any format your browser can display — JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, and BMP all work.
Will this make my PDF file huge?
Images are re-encoded as JPEG before embedding, and you can pick a quality level. "Balanced" keeps a good size-to-quality ratio for most uses; choose "Smaller file" if you're combining many high-resolution photos.
