How to use the FAD of Delivery
- Upload your DRS report as a .csv or .xlsx file.
- Choose whether to group the dashboard by FE (Employee Name) or by Pincode.
- Set your COD FAD target % if you don't want the default 85% — it's remembered on this device next time.
- Review the color-coded table — green means a strong First Attempt Delivery rate, red means it needs attention.
- Click "Download as Image" to save the finished dashboard as a JPEG.
Frequently asked questions
Is my delivery data uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is parsed and the whole report is built entirely in your browser — customer names, addresses, order values, and everything else in the file never leaves your device.
What is FAD (First Attempt Delivery)?
The percentage of parcels delivered successfully the very first time a courier attempts them, without needing a re-attempt. "COD FAD%" is the same rate, restricted to cash-on-delivery parcels — the number most delivery hubs actually track daily, since prepaid parcels don't carry the same collection risk.
What does "Need" and "Achieve" mean?
The "Need" column (labeled Need85 by default) is how many more COD deliveries an FE needs today to reach your chosen COD FAD target — 85% unless you change it. "Achieve" compares that to how many parcels are still Out For Delivery (OFD) and unresolved: if there are enough of them left to hit the target, it shows YES; otherwise it shows RISK and the row is highlighted.
Can I change the 85% target?
Yes — use the "COD FAD target %" field to set whatever target your hub actually tracks against. It's saved in your browser (not uploaded anywhere), so it stays your default the next time you open this tool on the same device.
